Seal Thermal-Shield Marine
Thermal-Shield Marine is a high performance elastomeric acrylic water based heat barrier ceramic coating used for most marine applications above the water line. The ceramic spheres are suspended in the Marine coating creating a durable thermal barrier, anti-condensation and sound damping layer designed to protect from the harsh marine environment. Thermal-Shield Marine product can be used for work boats , barges, shipping vessels, yachts, landing craft, military crafts and much more...
Typical Applied Surfaces
- ► Marine cabins, ceilings and walls
- ► Marine vessels interior hulls
- ► Interior of luxury yachts and super-liners
- ► Marine mechanical rooms
- ► Marine metal deck roofing
- ► Shipping containers
- ► Off-shore platforms - interior structures
- ► Marine mechanical rooms

Seal Thermal-Shield Marine Thermal Insulation & Anti Condensation Coating / Paint
Seal Thermal-Shield Marine [STS-M] is a high performance water based acrylic thermal insulation coating formulated with ceramic Microspheres, anti-corrosion, antibacterial, anti-condensation and sound damping fillers for various types of marine applications. The combination of a high loading of the Ceramic Microspheres with their vacuum centers reduces the heat flow inside and reduces the sound transmission from bouncing off the surface and reduces condensation from within the cabin. Seal Thermal-Shield Marine [STS-M] can be used on interior & exterior surfaces above the water line and used on different types of marine applications such as work boats, barges, shipping vessels, yachts, landing craft and military crafts.

-
Class A - Fire Retardant
Seal Marine-Shield is Flame Retardant Class A water based non-toxic coating tested to meet ASTM E-84 Building Codes Standard at 500 micron WFT.
-
Weatherproof and Waterproof
Seal Marine-Shield Product creates an excellent seamless waterproofing coating that would seal and waterproof any area in addition to reducing condensation and mold growth.
-
Corrosion Control
When applied on steel surface, Seal Marine-Shield will act as Rust Inhibitor and thus stopping any steel corrosion by converting the iron oxide into iron phosphate.
-
Sound Damping
Seal Marine-Shield reduces noise and vibrations by damping the noise before it becomes airborne.
