Seal Coatings is a Dubai-based manufacturer of premium thermal insulation and waterproofing coatings. Since 2009 we've protected over 500 buildings across the UAE — from luxury villas to industrial plants — with ISO 9001 and CE 1024 certified products.

Our Story

Founded in 2009 in Dubai, Seal Coatings began with a single mission: to give UAE building owners coating technology that actually performs in 50°C summers. Today our ceramic microsphere thermal coatings, polyurethane waterproofing systems, and anti-corrosion primers are used on residential towers, commercial complexes, oil & gas facilities, and government infrastructure across all 7 emirates.
