Having an impervious waterproofing barrier and elongation properties, in addition to the strong bonding on most substrates. Upon curing, Seal Water Guard PU-XTRM forms a tough, flexible and durable coating which is resistant to UV, water ponding, and other weathering agents. It shows an exceptional resistance to extreme weather conditions. It is non-toxic and environmentally friendly.
